These photos show the progression of the rings on londons neck.  They started out like a little pimple in Jan. 07 and have grown and multiplied.  Some doctors thought them to be ringworm, but they are not medicine does not affect them for ringworm.   Its name is Elastosis Perforans Serpiginosa.
